Bates Dining, Conferences and Campus Events provides/oversees services for a self-operated student dining program, campus catering, cash dining operations, vending, summer programs, one day programs, major campus events, campus space scheduling and non-student short term housing.  The Commons Associate-Service primarily serves as front line support for the Bates dining program which serves approximately 5000 meals per day to the students, faculty, staff and guests of the college.
Shuttle Driver- Part Time Lewiston, ME
The Bates Shuttle Driver working through Bobcat Express transports students in vehicles, including up to 11-passenger vans, to and from off-campus locations within the surrounding Lewiston-Auburn community.
Associate Director for Center Operations Lewiston, ME
This position is responsible for assisting the HCCP Director and staff in all aspects of the center’s operations, including: planning, implementing, and coordinating the center’s office systems and administrative functions; building collaborative relationships with constituents in the college and the local community; communicating the center’s mission and work to internal and external constituents; developing and administering the center’s budgets; coordinating the center’s communications; and overseeing documentation about the center’s work. This position supports the operational aspects of Student Accounting, including fee assessment, third-party billing, application of payments, and refund processing. In addition, this position will be responsible for executing and overseeing certain aspects of the Bates Student Health Insurance Program including monitoring health insurance enrollment and waivers, performing outreach to parents and students during the summer, resolving billing/enrollment disputes, and participating in the overall management of the program.
