Perform all varieties of plumbing-related construction, maintenance, renovation, and repair projects on campus, including low pressure boilers, both oil and gas fired, for campus domestic hot water and heat.  Maintain campus steam distribution systems and controls.  Operate computerized building automation systems.  Assist in the maintenance of campus building HVAC units.

Coordinator of Student Well-Being Lewiston, ME
The Coordinator of Student Well-Being oversees the development, implementation, and assessment of health education programming including peer to peer health promotion and campus wide Well-Being initiatives. The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the work of the Integrated Well-Being Team throughout the student experience.   The Coordinator of Student Well-Being also supports case management for students experiencing complex challenges. The primary responsibility of the Coordinator will be providing clinical case management for students with complex health concerns. A secondary focus of case management responsibilities for the role is providing support for students with psychiatric concerns and/or generalized case management needs. Case management is an important aspect of supporting student Well-Being.
