Reporting to the Director of Leadership Giving, the Leadership Gifts Officer is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding a portfolio of current and potential donors with the capacity to make gifts of $50,000, or greater, in support of college initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic plans aimed at maximizing each individual's support of the college by working with colleagues in College Advancement, faculty, Purposeful Work, Admission and high-level volunteers. |
Director of Environmental Health and Safety

This position is responsible for coordinating the environmental, health and safety mission for the college. The position is responsible for developing and promoting programs addressing student fire safety and employee workplace safety as well as programs which minimize environmental impacts. |
Director of Steel Pan Ensemble

The Director of Steel Pan Ensemble is responsible for leading student rehearsals one or two evenings a week, for a total of three hours during the Fall and Winter semesters. The Director is also responsible for holding two concerts, one each semester, during the academic year. |
Assistant Football Coach - Seasonal

The Assistant Coach focuses primarily in the areas of planning and directing recruitment, conditioning, training, and performance of student-athletes, along with fiscal management of the program. This is a professional assistant coaching position, and all of the duties of the position must be conducted in adherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of affiliated national, regional, and state intercollegiate athletic associations, the NESCAC Conference, and the College. |
Head Women's Volleyball Coach

The Head Women's Volleyball Coach is responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of the volleyball team, providing significant contributions to the development of student athletes through mentorship, guidance, leadership opportunities, community building, and a commitment to social justice. This position is responsible for the administration of all phases of varsity intercollegiate athletics with guidelines from Bates College, the NCAA, and NESCAC including, compliance, scheduling competitions, travel planning, data management, practice scheduling, and roster management. |
