About the Role

As our new Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You’ll work Monday to Friday, with the added benefit of a monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO).
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask across a wide range of tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing
You'll support various functions across the business, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Key tasks include:
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Updating and managing cost sheets and CRM systems
- Assisting with quote sheet data and factory specs
- Assisting with ERP transition preparation
- Creating linking codes for costing
- Providing general administrative support to internal team
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- Previous admin experience in a fast-paced office
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Great attention to detail and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication
- The ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
- A willingness to learn about our industry and systems
This position is based in the Subiaco office, with an immediate start.
