Box Hill Hub Assistant Service Leader secondment is an exciting full time opportunity for someone interested in a diverse position.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a positive difference, supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy vibrant Community Hub for adults.
Specific duties will including supporting staff, rostering/timetabling, program planning and to provide active support.
About You

- willingness to be committed to empowering our clients to reach their goals, and to upholding quality and safeguards in your everyday work
- effective communication skills, and good English literacy to communicate well with our clients
- ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
- willingness to support clients with personal care activities
- Availability to work weekend shifts and during School Holiday periods
- Working with Children's Check
- Australian Driver License
- the right to work in Australia, and
- The ability to get a First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate if you don’t already have one.
A Certificate IV in Disability, relevant work experience or an interest in community services would be great.
You will be subject to NDIS Worker Screening.
