About the Role:
As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and, where applicable, their families. This is a permanent role and the position is based in Caulfield East, managing all the Service Units.

About You
To be successful in this role you'll share Yooralla's Values and have:
- Management Experience: Demonstrated management experience, preferably within a community services environment.
- Sector Knowledge: Understanding of legislation and standards relevant to the disability sector.
- Person-Centered Approach: Knowledge and understanding of how to support staff in implementing contemporary and person-centered approaches to uphold the rights and support needs of individuals with disabilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Resource Management: Demonstrated ability to manage financial and staff resources within a complex environment.
- Initiative and Organization: Excellent initiative, self-directed work practices, and highly developed organizational skills.
- A relevant qualification and/or significant experience in the human services area
