THE ROLE
Day-to-day site supervision
Manage multiple structural integrity crews (Boilermakers, Painters, Scaffolders, Riggers and Fitters).
Guide the team on productive safe work behaviour
Can read, understand and update schedules
Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
Liaise closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure stock and maintenance of fleet is kept up to date
Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements
ABOUT YOU
Flexibility to work various FIFO rosters
Mechanical background with the ability to oversee other trades (Cert III – Fabrication - required)
White card
S26 Statutory Supervisor
Drivers licence
Efficiencies in MS Suite & MS Project advantageous.
Team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
