THE ROLE
You will provide generalist HR advice and provide assistance to managers with a range of HR activities in a multifaceted business.
Provide expert advice and support on HR policies and procedures
Support stakeholders in the delivery of the annual people calendar of events, including performance, remuneration reviews and engagement surveys
Liaise with payroll and other corporate services to support with staff movements
Provide support to internal managers with advice relating to employment matters including performance, discipline and terminations
Interpret the Enterprise Agreement and relevant awards in accordance with the Fair Work Act and NES
Liaise with our migration agent and coordinate employee visa / sponsorship nominations
Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects
What you'll need to succeed
You are passionate about driving exceptional employee experience throughout employment lifecycle.
Experience in a similar HR role with knowledge of HR laws, awards, EBAs and best practices
Knowledge of HR systems (JDE, UKG advantageous) and data management
Stakeholder engagement, clear communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Motivated approach to managing people and culture-related issues
Experience with managing the process of visa applications is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
