Townsville projects team Construction & remediation projects Permanent role with strong pipeline of future works
THE ROLE
Responsible for managing multiple building, refurbishment, and remediation projects
Manage remediation projects from initial setup through to completion
Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program
Involvement with tendering/estimation
Create and modify ITP’s and SWMS
Raise RFI’s and track responses
ABOUT YOU
Experience in mining, plant maintenance and shutdowns
A minimum of 5 years on-site management experience
Ability to coordinate and deliver complex shutdown of works
Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities
A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety
Strong commercial acumen
Qualifications and Requirements
Construction White Card
Drivers Licence
Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering
