THE ROLE
Day-to-day site supervision
Hands-on roles and responsibilities
Guide the team on productive safe work behavior
Set up sites and completions
Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements
ABOUT YOU
Ability to lead, plan for and manage onsite resources, including labour and equipment
Experience in maintaining and promoting health and safety in the workplace
Leadership qualities with ability to develop employees and build subcontractor site teams
Verbal and written communication skills
Trade certification and/or construction management qualifications
Current Drivers Licence
