Lead the day-to-day delivery of multiple architectural facade replacement projects across Brisbane.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the state lead you have responsibility to manage your team deliver a variety of projects for our clients from $10m to $100m.

• Managing all aspects of project delivery
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements
• Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
• Coordinating direct labour and subcontractors
• Encourage a collaborative, client-focused culture, managing stakeholders’ needs relative to projects, and create long term loyal relationships
• Ensure the client is regularly informed about project performance and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Plan and deliver HSECQ start-up and plans

ABOUT YOU

As a project leader with extensive project management and delivery skills you will possess:

• Senior Leadership skills and understanding of Senior leadership responsibilities desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering
• A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety
• Commercial acumen
• Ability to drive program, clients and consultants to deliver results
• Programming and planning skills
• Experience in a similar role within a contractor environment
