THE ROLE
Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, ensuring legal and commercial compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering positive relationships between the client, subcontractor and supplier.
Responsibilities
Review, negotiate, and amend contracts
Monitor project progress and financial performance
Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery and project close out
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client
Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments
Monitor commissioning activities including documentation
Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position
Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes
ABOUT YOU
Minimum 6 years demonstrated experience in a similar role
Knowledge of contract law and regulatory compliance
Working knowledge of project administration and project control
Analytical skills and high attention to detail
Negotiation, conflict and influencing skills
Proficient in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Confident facilitator
Qualifications & requirements
Qualifications in Contract Management or similar discipline
Police clearance due to projects being on a Defence site
Ability to meet country of origin and security clearance requirements
