Be responsible for the overall management of supplier & subcontractor registrations and driving supply chain efficiencies throughout Duratec.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end to end supplier and subcontractor prequalification process
Maintain the company’s supplier list
Complete new credit applications
Provide support services to the Procurement function
Work collaboratively with the project delivery teams
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in a similar role
Can initiate, negotiate and maintain positive stakeholder interactions
Communication skills, both written and verbal
Understanding of commercial terms and conditions
Time management, proactivity and prioritisation skills with an eye for detail
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Desirable Qualifications, Experience
Police clearance required
Experience using JD Edwards (JDE)
Certificate or Qualification in Supply Chain or similar
