Be responsible for the overall management of supplier & subcontractor registrations and driving supply chain efficiencies throughout Duratec. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end to end supplier and subcontractor prequalification process
• Maintain the company’s supplier list
• Complete new credit applications
• Provide support services to the Procurement function
• Work collaboratively with the project delivery teams

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Can initiate, negotiate and maintain positive stakeholder interactions
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of commercial terms and conditions
• Time management, proactivity and prioritisation skills with an eye for detail
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Desirable Qualifications, Experience

• Police clearance required
• Experience using JD Edwards (JDE)
• Certificate or Qualification in Supply Chain or similar
