Provides HSEQ administration support across the business, including system support, reporting, and compliance coordination.
THE ROLE
Provide support and ongoing maintenance of HSE Online Management Systems (INX and Hammertech) to internal and external stakeholders.
Complete, update and maintain client online pre-qualification portals.
Support tender submissions with completion of HSEQ questionnaires and responses.
Assist with reporting functions, including monthly and ad hoc reports, statistical reports, OFSC Bi-annual reports.
Monitor and maintain tracking of Key Performance Indicators and other statistical data.
Assist in the development HSEQ awareness training such as toolbox topics, awareness campaigns and initiatives.
Provide HSEQ Administrative support for HSEQ Managers.
ABOUT YOU
Previous Administration experience
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent attention to detail – document formatting, editing, copywriting and proof-reading
Excellent organisational skills
Strong team player with the ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication
Desirable - experience in Hammertech or INX
