Key Responsibilities:

 Service Delivery & Collaboration

  • Deliver marketing and brand services as outlined in the MB&C service level agreement
  • Engage with Business Units (BUs) to clarify service scope, turnaround times, and cost allocation
  • Ensure all marketing and brand projects are directed to the MB&C team for consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver services efficiently and in alignment with business objectives

Brand Management & Development

  • Maintain brand consistency, manage logos, templates, and brand guidelines
  • Lead brand development initiatives, including new brand identities, sub-brands/joint ventures, and rebranding projects
  • Oversee the brand approval process and ensure compliance with enterprise-wide standards
  • Support the launch of new services and products, ensuring effective market entry and brand positioning

Promotions, Bids & Business Development

  • Plan and execute omni-channel marketing plans and campaigns for brand awareness, bid positioning and promotions
  • Manage sponsorships, events and award entries
  • Design and source promotional materials (banners, merchandise etc)
  • Create, manage and update promotional collateral to strengthen product and corporate branding.
  • Assist the Bid team with the development of Executive Summaries for specialist tenders/bids.
  • Support the Business Development team on the East Coast with client presentations and other BD activities

Quality Assurance & Client Focus

  • Deliver work on-brand and on-time, maintaining high standards even under pressure.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional service and maintain professionalism in all circumstances.

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced marketing professional with 8+ years in a construction or engineering environment, bringing strategic creativity, strong digital and content marketing skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.

Qualification

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or another related field.
