THE ROLE
- Day-to-day site supervision
- Manage multiple crews of blaster painters
- Guide the team on productive safe work behaviour
- Set up sites and completions
- Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
- Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements
ABOUT YOU
- Blast and Paint background with the ability to oversee other trades
- White card
- Drivers licence
- Team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
