THE ROLE
- Manage on-site works of projects from initial site set up to completion.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.
- Oversee the project site, plant & equipment are maintained and in working order
- Effective cost control and running of projects to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Coordinate direct labour, labour-hire and subcontractors.
- Liaise with Supervisors to ensure the efficient and appropriate delegation of work activities.
- Manage relationships with internal teams including HSEQ, engineering, procurement
- Complete project progress reporting and weekly meetings.
- Provide advice on any technical, trade or engineering issues (if applicable)
- Drive problem-solving and lead in developing innovative solutions
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in construction remediation projects
- Team player with solid negotiation and influencing skills
- Frontline management experience
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
- Communication skills and previous leadership experience
- Expertise in site management and delivery, budgeting, stakeholder and subcontractor management, documentation and approvals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Police Clearance due to projects being on Defence sites
- White Card
- Drivers Licence
