THE ROLE

The Duratec recruitment team hire across both wages and salaried roles and manage the full recruitment process end-to-end.

You’ll be the backbone of the recruitment team and will support with delivering high quality applicant handling, pre-employment and onboarding experiences.

This is an administration-heavy, fast-paced position that is vital in delivering a seamless and compliant hiring process while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

  • Shortlist and source candidates
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Complete reference checks
  • Book pre-employment medicals for a large volume of recruitment
  • Administer the onboarding of new starters
  • Maintain records in the electronic applicant tracking system, PageUp
  • Upload documents and data entry into personnel files and systems
  • Liaise closely with hiring managers, recruitment advisors and and HR team members

ABOUT YOU

You are a confident communicator who is not afraid to pick up the phone and engage with hiring managers and candidates.  

You can juggle multiple priorities with ease and can stay organised to ensure you can track recruitment and onboarding activity.

  • General administration experience
  • Proactive, and a self-starter
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills

Desirable Qualifications and Requirements

  • While recruitment experience is advantageous, it's not a necessity as we provide full training
