THE ROLE
The successful applicant will provide administration support to the P & C advisors across our multidisciplinary ASX listed organisation, duties include but not limited to:
- Data entry
- Manage the P&C inbox
- Process letters
- Answer basic P&C queries
- Support with the offboarding process
- Support transactional processes and liaise with payroll and other corporate services
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects, as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in an Administration role
- Clear communication
- Attention to details
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
