As the ICT Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business Stakeholders and ICT solutions. Gather and analyse requirements, identify opportunities and facilitate the delivery of effective solutions.

This role would best suit a Business Analyst with a background in Finance.

THE ROLE

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand specific information.
  • Conduct gap analysis to propose solutions.
  • Develop and maintain business cases, process maps, workflows and documentation.
  • Identify and communicate to all stakeholders on proposed changes.
  • Assess change impacts and support transition planning.
  • Support project delivery.
  • Assist in the development of test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Contribute to the development of training materials

ABOUT YOU

With an extensive Business Analyst background, alongside strong stakeholder engagement skills you will have;

Essentials

  • Prior experience in a Business Analyst role in projects and systems implementations.
  • Ability to assess and support business change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as; requirement discovery, process modelling, and use case development.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.

Desirables

  • A strong understanding of Finance and Payroll operations
  • Experience of Implementation of ERP system into a 500+ employee company
  • Exposure to construction / engineering sectors
  • Prior experience with Oracle JD Edwards

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business or IT
  • Certification in Business Analysis (highly desirable)
