You will be primarily responsible for general warehouse duties within a construction environment including receival and despatch, inventory management, and forklift operation. Assisting in supply of materials, consumables, PPE, tools, and equipment needed to support the activities on our project site. You will also;
- Check receivables when they arrive to ensure the orders have been correctly filled and the goods meet specifications
- Prepare and load deliveries for despatch to sites
- Assist in the monitoring of supplies and inventory
- Ensure general housekeeping and stores remains efficient and safe
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar FIFO logistics or stores position, demonstrating reliability and adaptability in remote site environments.
- Valid White Card (Construction Induction Training)
- Current and valid Forklift Licence
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport across all levels—from site crews and delivery drivers to senior management.
- Naturally curious and detail-oriented, with a habit of asking the right questions to ensure equipment and materials are accurately allocated.
- Known for a strong work ethic, time management, and the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated to pursue formal qualifications and long-term career growth within the supply chain or logistics field.
- Comfortable using computers, processing orders via phone and email, and supporting supply operations with basic administrative tasks.
