Help deliver the day-to-day operations and be involved across a variety of projects including build, civil works, remediation and refurbishment projects.
THE ROLE
Along with planning and coordination of works, equipment and personnel, responsibilities include:
- On site project coordination and delivery tasks including contract administration, preparation of purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, variations, and project claims, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones.
- Project procurement including subcontractor tendering, take-offs, budget and drawing review.
- Monthly financial reporting tasks.
- Compiling and reviewing quality documentation.
- Coordinating labour, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Managing design RFIs and resolving day to day project coordination issues.
- Create, review and adhere to project programme and timelines.
- Client and stakeholder liaison including project meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements.
- Provision of advice on technical, engineering and design issues.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in similar PC, PA, or CA role within the construction industry.
- Project delivery skills including budgeting, coordinating work priorities, planning, QA, stakeholder/client management, subcontractor management, documentation, and statutory approvals.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills in managing high volumes of documentation across projects.
- Effectively coordinates concurrent projects and competing responsibilities to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
- Knowledge of contracts and project cost/commercial controls.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite including Project.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Construction induction white card, Silica and Asbestos Awareness cards.
- Drivers Licence.
- Police Clearance.
- Project Management qualification is advantageous.
