KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the onsite team with daily operational tasks
• Participate in Toolbox and safety meetings
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on site
• Adhere to safe work practices
• Provide support to other teams as required

Who We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Relevant trade qualifications or interest in commencing an apprenticeship
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Australian Citizenship advantageous
• Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements - medical, police checks, security vetting requirements
• Hold Current tickets - White Card / HRWL / Operating Tickets
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Police Clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.

The Duratec-Ertech Joint Venture

The Duratec-Ertech Joint Venture (DEJV) is a specialist Defence infrastructure delivery partnership with a strong track record in delivering major infrastructure works at HMAS Stirling, Western Australia’s premier naval base. Building on this experience, DEJV has been engaged to deliver several significant infrastructure projects supporting AUKUS, representing a once‑in‑a‑lifetime opportunity to contribute to Australia’s future Defence capability.
