Working alongside the Operations Manager, oversee the project lifecycle of Modular building installs and fit outs

THE ROLE

  • Managing entire project from commencement to completion
  • Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
  • Manage client and subcontractor relationships
  • Lead and implement WHS, Quality and Environmental standards
  • Managing and maintaining the design process
  • Development and management of project programmes & timelines
  • Experience in estimating (highly desirable)
  • Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
  • Create and modify ITP’s and SWMS
  • Raise RFI’s and track responses

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a similar role, managing construction/modular install projects in a contractor environment
  • Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities
  • A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety
  • Commercial acumen 
  • Programming and planning skills
  • Contract awareness and cost tracking experience
  • Ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with clients and internal team members
  • Self-managing while working well in a team environment
  • Proven problem-solving ability and can ‘think outside the box’
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Construction White Card
  • Drivers Licence
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering
