THE ROLE
DDR Australia are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead the safe and efficient delivery of remediation, concrete repair, water infrastructure and pump station projects across South Australia. Based in Adelaide, you'll oversee site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site crews and subcontractors to deliver works safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate daily site activities, labour, plant and materials.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements through inspections, pre-starts and toolbox talks.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues and maintain project schedules.
- Complete site documentation and reporting requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and project stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
- Trade qualification or construction background with experience supervising construction, remediation or civil projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, work planning and project programming
- Experience delivering water infrastructure projects will be highly regarded
- Welding trade background or practical welding experience will be highly desirable
- Sound knowledge of HSEQ systems, safe work practices and quality requirements
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card
