At Huon, we're passionate about producing high-quality seafood enjoyed by customers across Australia and around the world. Our Ingleburn Processing Facility is where our premium salmon is transformed into the retail products you'll find on supermarket shelves every day.

What's the role?

As a Process Operator, you'll play an important role in delivering quality products to our customers. Depending on the area you work in, your day may include:

• Weighing, sorting and preparing salmon products
• Trimming, portioning and skinning fish
• Packaging and labelling finished products
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Working as part of a supportive team to achieve daily production targets
• Contributing to a safe and efficient workplace

We have opportunities available across a range of shifts, including:

• Day shifts
• Early morning starts
• Afternoon shifts
• Full-time, part-time and casual positions

About You

You don't need seafood processing experience to be successful at Huon. We are looking for people with the right attitude who are ready to learn.

You'll bring:

• A positive, reliable and team-focused approach
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to safety, quality and hygiene standards
• Physical fitness and the ability to be on your feet throughout the shift

Experience in food manufacturing, production, warehousing, hospitality, meat processing or other hands-on environments will be highly regarded.
