This position is responsible for supporting the College District's Title IX program by assisting with program administration, compliance activities, and the management of sexual misconduct reports and investigations from receipt to resolution. The Title IX Deputy Coordinator serves as a neutral resource and first point of contact for members of the College District community regarding sex and gender-based complaints, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, retaliation, intimate partner violence, stalking, pregnancy and parenting, LGBTQIA+ harassment and discrimination, and other forms of sexual misconduct.
Coordinator, Employee Relations District
This role is responsible for supporting the management of employee relations by triaging complaints, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating background checks, and preparing reports. This role collaborates with departments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and fosters a positive workplace culture through the implementation of employee relations initiatives.
