ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, initiated technical assistant program to support Myanmar Ministry of Health and Sport’s HIV response in achieving HIV epidemic control in Myanmar since 2014.

ICAP is seeking a highly qualified candidate to serve as Director of Finance and Administration, by August 2020. Reporting to the Country Director and the Chief Financial Officer at ICAP Headquarters, the incumbent will lead the finance and administration team and oversee all finance and administration functions of ICAP in Myanmar, and ensure budget planning, development, management and monitoring, financial management and reporting, human resources development and management, administrative and contractual operations systems are in accordance with ICAP and the CDC finance and administrative requirements. The incumbent will build and supervises a strong administration and finance team.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in business administration, public administration or related field and a minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience with at 7+ years at senior level in international organization(s). The incumbent must have strong supervisory and management skills and strong experience in analyzing, interpreting financial data and effective communication with the donors.
