ICAP at Columbia University seeks a Project Assistant to support the financial management and operations of the CQUIN Learning Network and HIVE Network. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager in Kenya, the Project Assistant will provide administrative, financial, and logistical support to ICAP teams and Ministry of Health partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative and Logistics Support: Manage travel logistics, coordinate vendor services, and distribute meeting materials.
• Finance Support: Track financial records, prepare travel and payment requests, and ensure timely settlement of advances.
• Event Support: Organize and host Zoom meetings, assist in venue selection, and manage logistics for both in-person and virtual events.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration and logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Drop Box.
• Strong attention to detail and formatting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in meeting planning and coordination.
• Proficiency in managing Zoom and virtual meetings.
• Experience working with NGOs and donor-funded systems.
Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
• Employment contingent on grant funding availability.

Reporting to the SiLPHIA Project Director, the Senior HR Officer will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Senior Human Resource Officer position by January 2025.The successful candidate will hold o Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
o A Master’s degree or professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.

ICAP is seeking highly qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Technical Director, with a target start date of March 1, 2025. The ideal candidate will possess an MBBS, MBChB, or MD, and a master’s degree in public health, health, epidemiology, infectious disease, internal medicine, or another relevant field is preferred.
Candidates must have extensive experience in program planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, along with a proven ability to manage and lead complex projects under challenging conditions. Strong technical expertise in HIV care and treatment is essential. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years of experience in international public health, preferably in HIV care and treatment in resource-limited settings.
