ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks Strategic Information and Epidemiology Specialist in Ukraine. 

The Strategic Information (SI) and Epidemiology Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, evaluation, and technical assistance in support of program activities in healthcare facilities, focusing on measurement and analysis of infection prevention and control, antimicrobial resistance, and laboratory diagnostics data. The role involves data collection, quality assurance and analysis, preparation of reports and methodological materials, provision of expert guidance to partner facilities, capacity-building through trainings and workshops, and dissemination of the program key performance indicators and reports to stakeholders, including donors and government entities. 

ICAP seeks highly qualified candidates to fill the Strategic Information (SI) and Epidemiology Specialist position by September 24, 2025.The successful candidate will hold an University degree in epidemiology or public health or biostatistics. Advanced degree in Public Health, with a specialization in epidemiology, infectious disease detection and surveillance, and/or participation in Intermediate or Advanced Field Epidemiology Training Program is an asset.
