ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Programs Communications Officer – Sierra Leone. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in project management, including scheduling start-up and routine meetings with project teams and stakeholders; preparing meeting agendas; monitoring and documenting activities according to project schedule; compiling information for project reports; and coordinating submission of deliverables according to schedule.

 

  • ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Programs Communications position by January 2025.The successful candidate will hold bachelor’s degree in project management, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

 

 

  • The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and budgeting principles. Strong reporting skills, with the ability to present project updates clearly and concisely. Ability to set goals and prioritize multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
