ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Survey Manager – Sierra Leone. The incumbent will be responsible to technical and management support to the Sierra Leone National Public Health Agency (NPHA), which leads the survey in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH) and Statistics Sierra Leone (STATS SL).

. Funded by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and implemented with technical and management assistance from ICAP at Columbia University, the SiLPHIA survey is conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH), the National Public Health Agency (NPHA), and Statistics Sierra Leone (STATS SL).

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Survey Manager position by January 2025. The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree or higher in public health, demography, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field. At least five years of experience in public health research, surveys, or program evaluations, with a preference for work related to HIV/AIDS or reproductive health. Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in survey settings, with at least three years of managerial experience. Familiarity with the health systems, geographical landscape, and administrative structures of Sierra Leone’s Western Area Region. Familiarity with donor-funded projects, particularly CDC or PEPFAR, is an added advantage.Download File JD SiLPHIA Survey Manager pdf.pdf
