ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Technical Director (National/International) to be based in Juba, South Sudan.
ICAP is seeking highly qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Technical Director, with a target start date of March 1, 2025. The ideal candidate will possess an MBBS, MBChB, or MD, and a master’s degree in public health, health, epidemiology, infectious disease, internal medicine, or another relevant field is preferred.

Candidates must have extensive experience in program planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, along with a proven ability to manage and lead complex projects under challenging conditions. Strong technical expertise in HIV care and treatment is essential. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years of experience in international public health, preferably in HIV care and treatment in resource-limited settings and familiarity with PEPFAR programs is essential
