ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Program Management Specialist – Samarqand or Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The incumbent will support implementation and lead monitoring and evaluation of the SOMEC project to facilitate and support the achievement of UNAIDS 95-95-95 goals, which includes project activities aimed at improving the quality of HIV prevention, testing and treatment services, including the timely initiation of antiretroviral therapy (ART), ensuring high retention rates on ART and achieving viral suppression provided in the community.

 

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Program Management Specialist position by March 2025. The successful candidate will hold a University-level Degree in medicine, epidemiology, public health or social sciences and a minimum of three (3) years of applied practical experience in health project management, preferably related to HIV in Uzbekistan.

 

The incumbent will have good understanding of current HIV priorities globally and in Uzbekistan and Understanding of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks, indicators, and methodologies.
