ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Survey Subcontract Manager to be based in Freetown (Sierra Leone). The Survey Subcontract Manager reports to the SiLPHIA Senior Operations Manager. S/He is responsible for overseeing the management of all sub-contractual agreements related to the Sierra Leone Population HIV Impact Assessment (SiLPHIA) survey. S/He will ensure effective, efficient, and compliant management of subcontracts to support the implementation of the survey. The Survey Subcontract Manager will coordinate with implementing partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of goods and services while maintaining strict adherence to contractual terms and regulations.

ICAP urgently seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Survey Subcontract Manager position as soon as possible. The successful candidate must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Contracts Management, Law, or a related field. At least five years of experience managing subcontracts or grants within public health, international development, or large-scale survey projects.
