ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City. ICAP seeks a highly qualified candidate to serve as Clinical Coordinator. The position will be based in Solwezi, North-Western Province of Zambia. The candidate should be able to fill the position by October 2026.

The incumbent will possess a minimum of a full grade 12 certificate, Master’s degree in medicine, Public Health, or related field, should be a Medical Officer, should have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience At least over 5 years of demonstrated experience in HIV/TB clinical management, relevant work experience in a similar position working for a donor funded project or an international NGO, Trained in both adult and paediatrics ART, Ability to provide mentorship to medical and clinical officers and other staff providing Covid-19/HIV/TB services, Basic computing skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point, experience working in donor funded projects a Plus, fluent English oral and written communication skills, fully registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) with a current practicing license for 2026, should have validated qualifications with the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZaQA)
