Mater Foundation are looking for a CRM Specialist to join the team! This permanent, full-time role will be based at our Newstead campus.

Salary range: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900  + access to many staff benefits! 

What you’ll be doing

This is a pivotal role that will see you create and deploy engaging 1:1 communications that bring the Mater Foundation brand and lotteries to life. Your role can truly help make a difference to the community.

The primary purpose of this role is to build, manage and deploy email, SMS and Push campaigns that support the Lotteries CRM team in delivering lifecycle-based marketing initiatives (including new supporter onboarding, cross-sell and reactivation) and tactical initiatives to improve retention, and drive supporter value growth and tenure across Mater’s lotteries.

The individual in this role must be an experienced email marketer, with hands-on execution skills to bring the Mater Foundation brand and lotteries to life. You must be able to work at pace and deliver quality output consistently. An understanding of segmentation is critical for success along with time management.

About you

To be successful in your application, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, management, or related discipline
  • At least 3+ years relevant work experience in an email execution role within a marketing team using Braze
  • Proven relevant experience in campaign management and knowledge of marketing automation
  • A thorough understanding of email as a marketing channel
  • An understanding of segmentation and personalisation
  • An understanding of best practice CRM techniques
  • Exceptional attention to detail, highly developed time management and communication skills
  • Design experience desirable (eg. Canva)
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend the wider context and long-term goals of Mater Lotteries CRM team
