Mater Human Resources is looking for a Lead Human Resources Service Advisor to join our team! Based at our Newstead offices, this is a permanent, full-time role.

Salary range: $93,103 - $102,572 per annum plus 12% superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900  +access to many staff benefits!

What you’ll be doing 

The Lead HR Services Advisor will assist the Manager HR Services in service delivery by ensuring that HR requests are processed efficiently, accurately, and according to relevant HR policies and procedures.

The role will also be responsible for investigating, suggesting and implementing process improvement for People and Learning related projects, as well as assisting the HR Services team in a coaching, training and day-to-day support capacity.

About you 

You will have experience working in a high-volume HR administration role. You will also meet the below criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: HRIS, Human Resources, Payroll, Position Management. Desirable Qualifications
  • A degree level qualification or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Business is highly desirable. 
  • Demonstrated commitment to the principles of customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Health Care environment is desirable. Intermediate Microsoft package skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication, both verbally and in writing, across a diverse audience with a particular emphasis on detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills that inspire teamwork and approachable customer service to all customers.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities in a pressurised, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both as a team member and individually.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to legislative and Mater policy requirement
