About the role

We’re looking for a capable, experienced Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This hands-on role focuses on accurate reporting, practical analysis, and delivering clear, trusted insights to leadership. It’s ideal for someone who takes pride in producing excellent work, continuously improving reporting processes, and expanding their skills within the role.

You’ll have opportunities to grow by deepening your expertise in areas such as forecasting, modelling, automation, Power BI reporting, and stakeholder collaboration, while taking full ownership of end-to-end improvements. This is a stable, specialist position with well-defined scope and expectations, perfect for someone driven by mastery and making a meaningful impact.

Salary range: $108,207 - $117,732 per annum plus superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900  +access to many staff benefits! 

What you’ll be doing

  • Support monthly executive and Board reporting, including commentary, analysis and presentation-ready outputs.
  • Build and maintain forecasts, budgets and longer-term plans, including scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis.
  • Develop and enhance reporting and dashboards in TM1 and Power BI to provide clear performance insights.
  • Perform variance analysis, identify drivers and trends, and communicate practical recommendations.
  • Partner with Finance Business Partners and operational stakeholders to understand needs and improve reporting processes.

About you

  • Experience in FP&A, corporate reporting and/or performance analytics (health experience is highly regarded or another complex environment).
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; ability to work comfortably with large datasets.
  • Power BI capability (Power Query, data modelling) and/or TM1 reporting experience.
  • A practical, steady approach—someone who values doing quality work, building trusted relationships, and continually improving how the role delivers.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to turn analysis into concise, decision-ready insights.
