About the role

You’ll be part of a team, empowering and supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. As Administration Officer/RSS you are responsible for delivery of administrative functions for aged care services. Provide Tour and Vital Information of the Home to reach desired occupancy. Payments and Fees Ensure accounts payable are received in a timely manner.  Monitoring and following up on outstanding accommodation payments and fees Administration Maintain and present accurate and professional information 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications or Higher Education.
  • Proven experience in a Sales[and/or] Customer Service position, particularly aged care with a strong background in Aged Care Client Liaison and Additional Services
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Act and relevant legislation
  • Have proven experience and high level capability in the use of health care related technology solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in explaining and holding crucial conversations to ustomers regarding financial requirements related to in Aged Care.
  • Driver Licence (Australian). Essential competencies
  • Strong communication and engagement skills
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills, ability to prioritise and recognise milestone tasks
  • Sound experience with Word, Excel and Outlook and CRM data bases
