Admin Officer/Coordinator 

Part Time  |   12 Month Maternity Leave Contract

Your Role 
 
Whether it is the warmth in your voice as you answer a phone call, your swift and reliable response to requests, or helping a client with a simple need. As the heartbeat of our team, your commitment and passion will add to the loving care that empowers our clients to live well.  This is a 12 month part-time contract role working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
 
What do we need from you? 

• Have proven experience in Office Administration and outstanding organisational skills. 

• Be an excellent communicator with great standards of customer service. 

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. 

• Work with minimal supervision and as part of a team. 

• Be competent with computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
