As our Lifestyle/Recreational Activities Officer, you’ll play a vital role in creating uplifting experiences for our residents through a vibrant mix of social, recreational, cultural, and wellbeing programs. Your work will support mental health, promote independence, and celebrate each resident’s individuality.
With a thoughtfully designed activities program in place, you’ll have the opportunity to tailor experiences that reflect each resident’s unique interests, values, and preferences—ensuring they feel seen, heard, and empowered every step of the way.
You won’t be doing it alone—our Lifestyle Coordinator and dedicated care team at Macquarie Park will be right there with you, providing strong support as we work together to deliver the highest standard of care and quality of life.

About you
The successful applicant will be a team player who enjoys interacting with older people and has the right heart and drive to serve.
Cert IV in Leisure & Health is highly desired or a willing to work towards obtaining. Experience in a similar role is essential.
