About the Role:
At BaptistCare, we’re not just offering a job—we’re offering a purpose. As our new Admin Officer/Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Residential Aged Care team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional experiences for our residents, families, and staff.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Be the first smile our residents and visitors see—whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Keep things running smoothly with expert coordination of rosters, meetings, and office systems.
• Support our residents with empathy and efficiency, handling sensitive enquiries and admissions with care.
• Manage financial admin like accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and resident trust accounts.
• Champion compliance by assisting with onboarding, police checks, and employee records.
• Drive occupancy by conducting home tours, managing enquiries, and collaborating with our Sales Hub.

About You:
To be considered, you will have:
• Proven experience in office administration and team coordination.
• Experience in aged care roster management
• Strong organisational and time management skills—you’re the one who keeps everything on track.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a warm and professional approach.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A knack for problem-solving and a calm, empathetic presence under pressure.
• A qualification in Business Administration - desirable
