Set Roster for the position is as follows:
Week One of Pay fortnight:
Thursday 9am - 5.30pm
Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Sunday 10am - 3pm
Week Two of Pay fortnight:
Thursday 9am - 5.30pm
Saturday 10am - 3pm

About the Role:
Aminya Centre offers a warm and welcoming home located in the Northwest Sydney Suburb of Baulkham Hills.
This popular home contains 86 general care beds featuring ensuites, large built-in wardrobes and emergency-monitoring systems for your safety and security. Our beds are ideally suited to anyone looking for quality care or respite options within a friendly, tight-knit community.
As an Administration Officer, you’ll be part of a team, empowering and supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions for aged care services.
Duties include:
- Client Administration
- Hosting tours of the facility
- Sales aspects for the facility
- General administrative duties as requested
About You:
- You're a team player with a warm and friendly demeanor who enjoys interacting with people of all ages
- You have experience in office administration and have outstanding organisational skills
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- You display great customer service skills with the ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
