About the Role:

As the Maintenance & Property Team Leader at Watermark Village , you’ll be a key member of the site team, responsible for leading  maintenance and ensuring  BaptistCare’s assets are well maintained. You’ll work closely with the Village Manager to support the operational functions of the village and deliver high-quality property services.

  • Manage and maintain buildings, plant, equipment, and grounds in line with BaptistCare’s maintenance programs.
  • Lead reactive and preventative maintenance
  • Work closely with the Village Manager and Property Area Manager
  • Coordinate minor property works and equipment upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and contractor safety programs.
  • Maintain asset registers and support regulatory KPIs.
  • Foster resident wellbeing through responsive service and support.

About You:

To be considered, you will have:

  • Trade Qualification and current Driver’s Licence.
  • Experience in property maintenance, ideally in multi-dwelling environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and project coordination skills.
  • Empathy and patience in working with older people.
  • Familiarity with web-based maintenance systems.
