Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to create and implement recruitment strategies for our Corporate Services, Retirement Living and Property business streams.

You will manage the entire hiring process, from posting jobs to making offers, and partner with your portfolio of stakeholders to build strong relationships. Your effective sourcing methods will help attract top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience!

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Experienced Talent Partner with a strong track record in high-volume hiring processes
• Prior recruitment experience in the aged care and/or NFP sector highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
• Keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate to advanced sourcing skills (Talent Search, LinkedIn and SEEK)
• Proficient in using talent management systems like PageUp or similar software
• Valid Driver’s License and commitment to occasional travel to sites in WA, NSW & ACT
• Genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s purpose, vision, and values.
