About the Role
As a Clinical Educator at BaptistCare, you’ll be a vital part of the Residential Clinical Governance Team, working closely with leadership across our homes to deliver impactful, best-practice training and education.

You’ll design and facilitate engaging programs aligned with our training matrix and competency assessments, while also responding to specific learning needs and continuous improvement initiatives. From coordinating orientation and induction sessions to collaborating with external providers and developing training resources, your role will be dynamic and deeply rewarding.

You’ll also manage training records in our Learning Management System, contribute to quality audits, and report on compliance—all while fostering a culture of learning, care, and excellence across our aged care service

About You
To be considered, you will bring:
• Registered Nurse with 3+ years’ experience in residential aged care and/or acute environments.
• Background in training, education, or learning and development.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and programs.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Alignment with BaptistCare’s values.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
• High-level understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
• Hold a valid Drivers License
