About the role:
Reporting to the Funding Practice Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring residential subsidy and funding centred to the ANACC funding model across the BaptistCare’s NSW/ACT residential aged care homes.
Working as part of a highly collaborative team of consultants, this exciting opportunity will see you assist and provide advice to Residential Managers, helping them improve their funding performance, achieve their financial targets and increase profitability, whilst supporting the end-to-end admissions and discharge process.
This wonderful opportunity will suit an experienced aged care Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration, who possess solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management, strong client-facing and teamworking skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with operational and support staff. About you:
To be considered, you will have:
• Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma of Nursing and suitable current registration with AHPRA.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Aged Care and Aged Care Accreditation.
• Demonstrated knowledge and thorough understanding of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC).
• Experience in training small groups and workplace assessment.
• Previous experience working with the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI).
• High level written and oral communication with excellence in documentation and investigative skills.
• Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management, ability to meet deadlines.
• Valid Drivers Licence and commitment to travel across BaptistCare sites.
• Sound technology skills, literate in MS Office, Excel, Outlook 365.
• Alignment to BaptistCare’s values, mission and purpose.
