As a Clinical Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Practice Leader and Clinical Services Team to deliver clinical supervision, support, and training to staff across the Community Services and Housing Division (CSH). You will actively contribute to maintaining a high clinical standard among staff in the Division.

About You:

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant human services (eg. counselling)
  • Qualifications in clinical supervision
  • Demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision
  • Demonstrated commitment to social justice outcomes

Essential Competencies

  • Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently as required
  • Highly developed organisational skills and a demonstrated capacity to work flexibly and within given timeframes
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional assessment and quality assurance processes
