As the lead member of the administration team, you will have accountability for ensuring processes and business decisions are implemented and followed by administration staff, care facilitators and schedulers (where applicable).
With an office-base in Wagga Wagga, you will work closely with the management team to support the delivery of high-quality care and services that support our clients independence, health and wellbeing.
What do we need from you?
To meet the requirements of the role you will:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in office administration with an aged care or similar environment
- Have proven experience in the supervision and development of staff
- Be an excellent communicator with great standards of customer service
- Have demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Have working numeracy skills with demonstrated ability to complete banking and reconciliations
- Be competent with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience and knowledge in the allocation and scheduling of services
