• Permanent Part time contracts, minimum 36 hours per fortnight on offer
• Shifts available from Monday - Saturday 7am - 1.30pm 

About the role:

Nestled among lush gardens and spacious sitting areas, The Lodge offers 66 single rooms and 14 secure rooms for residents requiring higher-level dementia support. Every room features a private en-suite, large built-in wardrobe, and easy access to welcoming communal spaces.

As a Carer, you’ll provide hands-on support to our residents, helping them with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, meals, and social engagement. You’ll work closely with nurses, allied health professionals, and families to ensure each resident feels safe, valued, and empowered.

This role is about more than tasks—it’s about building relationships, offering comfort, and creating moments of joy. Whether it’s a gentle conversation, a walk in the garden, or helping someone feel confident again, your presence makes a real difference.

About you:

• You are passionate about delivering person-centred care and can engage meaningfully with residents to support their individual needs.
• You thrive in a team environment and contribute positively to a collaborative workplace culture.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, you’re able to build respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• You hold Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent or are working towards obtaining.
